The 2009 and 2012 are completely diffrent cars, the 2009 doesn't have the spoiler the XKRS interior. the 2012 is a really good mod and one of the free mods by denis154rus so in that case its already worth downloading

but the sounds and handeling of the 2012 one is really nice and compatible with 1.5.x

this is my video about the 2012 one if you are wondering how it drives and handles etc.

I have tried this mod and it was amazing the quality of it took my breath away it was good the physics are excellent however if you floor it hard you will drift and skid and lose control as it is RWD car its really nice and very very detailed 3D model its fast and luxurious big coupe grand tourer.
