UPDATE: I've gotten it so the suspension stays in one place, it's just that the driver's head is sticking out of the roof. How to fix it, any ideas simulationdude?

Go to Carproperty.ini which is located at programfiles86/Forward Development/City Car Driving Home Edition/Data/Gamedata
You'll find something that says like (Shift:Driver) make the numbers zero.

All that did was change the position of the steering wheel. Heads are still sticking out. It's bound to be in p_traffic_setup. I'll search around.

there are black stripes all over seats!!!

Update on Minion's guide to changte player cars, if you want a manual, find a mission in which the car is a manual and paste that line of code.
Most people want cars to be automatic, eaven easyer.
Yust delete the bit of code where it sais transmission=manual
Done
