Go to Carproperty.ini which is located at programfiles86/Forward Development/City Car Driving Home Edition/Data/Gamedata You'll find something that says like (Shift:Driver) make the numbers zero.

All that did was change the position of the steering wheel. Heads are still sticking out. It's bound to be in p_traffic_setup. I'll search around.

also the peuqeot 308 taxi the wheels are not aligned properly unless i get close
