Hi there, I have activated a legit copy of the 1.3.3 version game but it appears that I don't have a city car driving folder. The one that you use to install modded cars, can anyone help? thanks in advance :)

Yes you do. You need to find it. To do so, right click on your shortcut, press open file location, then at the top of windows explorer, go to bin, then city car driving home edition.

I have a strange problem. I've installed a few cars using Mod installer by Daeman. They appear in the game just fine, but when I try to drive them the cars simply won't move forward. Reverse gear works for some cars, but when I put the car in first gear it won't move.

Use the automatic transmission for those cars. Some of his are automatic only.

Hi, I installed both the mod installers (Daeman 1.3.3 and Max 1.3.3) so it's up to date, and I install the cars which are up to date. In the Max installer it says the download, but when I go in game they don't show up, and in the Daeman installer it pops up saying "Sorry, this version of City car driving is not known"

I brought the game so that's not the issue that it's cracked. I've tried re-installing it but it still doesn't work...

Hi there,

I just purchased city car driving yesterday and have been trying to install mods using the daeman 1.3.3 installer. For some reason the installer puts the entries in the playercars.xml at the top of it instead of below the line where it should be, The car shows up in game, but when trying to load it, the game crashes and i get error messages: nMesh2:could not open file...'home:export/meshes/cars/cruze_by_KsenON116rus/cruze_lod.nvx2'!
I also get a runtime error. everything I downloaded directly from this forum

II. Defining an image for a new car.

Each new car have a default image in the menu. In order to define an own image for a new car,
one should add all necessary image files to the following path:

Please, notice that correct program operation with any third-party mod is not guaranteed! You install them at your own risk. Developers bear no responsibility for this.

In case of game malfunction caused by any third-party mod you should fully delete and then install the game again according to these steps:

1. Uninstall the game from the "Programs and components" menu in the control panel.

2. Manually delete the folder, where the game has been installed (if it will remain after uninstallation).

3. Delete the folder "Forward Development" from your "My Documents" folder.

4. Install the game again (using the latest distributive from our official web site) and surely run the distribution kit with administrator privileges (right click on it and choose "Run as administrator" in the context menu). During the installation process you should agree on installing all additional software, because it's necessary for correct program operation.
