You can install any cars for 1.3.0/1.3.1 from russian forum - forward-development.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=9651

You have to install the mods in Citycardriving only not in a folder made by you.

Yep, i saw what i did wrong. I put it in computer/program_files/citycardriving and not the Forward Development one.
