So I'm not sure if this is where to post my question, but when I try to install rar mods, they don't appear in game. I've tried about 4 mods and a car pack and none of them work. I know I am doing it correctly. I thought that maybe I was posting them wrong in players_car document. I install my rar cars like I always do, but it isn't working now. I'm using DX9, and on United States mode. This is how I install it on players_cars document:

prnt.sc/bnwgog

Let me know if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks
