I just installed a few mods from the workshop but only one of them are appearing in the car choosing screen. Also, none of the cars show up from FOM installer.

Oh I'm guessing it takes it a bit for the cars to get into the game for steam version. I had to restart it a few times for most of them to pop up.

Now I get this error message. I see a Volvo 850, but I don't even have it installed here

OK, everything is fine now, except one thing, none of the cars I installed via FOM installer show up in the game.
