With this tutorial you can replace the autogenerating license plates with a personalized license plate.

If you go out on the streets you might see people with license plates that aren't the same as usual. Instead of the standard 'DJB 473' or whatever, you can make it whatever you want.

So you can put the same license plate as your parents if their car is in the game.

I understand now TJ thanks so basically you can change the license plate specifically for that vehicle you desire for the same or different country or you can the letters and numbers i think thats what that particular tutorial covers on a particular vehicle you wish to change But leaving the license plates for game itself for other vehicles that come with the game instead of adding the license plate texture to the particular vehicle you wish to install i think thats what you mean.

TJ, when I figured out how, you immediately had to make a tutorial....really???????

Does it have to be saved as a dds file? i dont have that option
