what cars am i able to drive? and are there already some mods or work the mods from CCD on Autobahn?
My own car: Volvo S60 2.4L 170BHP

Are the license plates still randomly generated? And if they are, is the system similar to CCD? Is it possible for me to port my Philippine license plate mods to Autobahn?

Modding of Autobahn is limited because of score. If there will be modded cars - the scoreing will noe make any sense at all. Therefore you can't add new cars in it. There's only one stock car - similar to Peugeot.

But you can mod a bit the stock car (design tuning), and change the license plates.

No. I don't think it's needed here due to the game specifics. It's a simple arcade racing.

Is CCD the first game that mods were wanted by developers?

I think it is possible as modders could just replace the peugeots model like in GTA V. Then it would use the physics which can be replaced.

I don't have the game so I don't know if the files are hidden.
