Its not a good computer, but normally I run City car driving on about 40 fps.


AMD Quad-Core A10-5700 APU-processor
AMD Radeon R7 240 2 GB graphics card
8 GB memory and 2 TB harddrive
Windows 10 64-bit

For some reason with Autumn weather, car headlights are not easily visible. This happens on all mods (Not just mine)

Ok, you are possible missing files.

Try doing this:
Go to Steam Library
Right click CCD
Click properties
Click Local Files
Verify Integrity of Game Files

Make sure you save a copy of your player_cars.xml file. It will remove all manually installed mods (Not Workshop mods) if you dont.
