For me, I didn't pirated the game, I'm not like that! I have paid the game when the version was 1.3.3.
Morever, I have just updated the game and install back the simulator.
So, I don't understand... I would like to try to install the game again but I promise nothing.

Indeed, it's not a "pirated software" case. The pirated version of CCD used to make the player's car fly after 10 minutes, so the player was obligated to restart the world to keep driving. Just that. Nothing used to happen to traffic cars.

Open you Documents folder, and inside open Forward Development / City Car Driving. Rename the config folder (there's a lot of physics stuff there) to something like "config_old" and run the game. Look if the problem persists. If the problem got corrected, reconfigure the game settings and controls as you like. Otherwise, delete the newly created "config" folder inside the directory mentioned above and rename the "config_old" folder back to "config". Post your results here, so we can think about more fix methods.

Why do you know that about the pirated copy?

same thing after renaming the config folder.

had to choose a new profile in the initial menu, starter.exe failed when i used the oculus mask, i had to choose directX9 and then directX11 and "screen and mask" in the settings to have starter.exe functionning

but, the cars are still on their side
