If there is a working winter mod on that Russian forum, do you think someone can translate instructions in English to us, or would this not work anyways?

I replied about the problem on russian forum, but mod creator's last activity was a week ago. I can't re-upload the file, due to russian and english mod files incompability. :(
I'm russian. I translated text using my brains :)
