Yesterday I tried to install Estonian license plates to 1.5.3, but they didn't appear in game(yes I also installed the patch). They worked fine when I was using 1.5.1.
Is there some way to get license plate mods working with 1.5.3? It feels so strange to drive without Estonian license plates.

I managed to get my Australian plates to change from South Australian to Victorian.

GB Plates are in the game files, so just do this:

Go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\data\config\LicensePlates\Cities

Open Rome.xml (I presume you are using standard European mode which has Italian plates)

Change the line
<Template name="it_citizen"   prob="1.0"/>

to
<Template name="gb_citizen"   prob="1.0"/>
