When I wanted to install 3ds max I sadly got this message and for that reason I can't use 3ds max.. can someone help me to fix it? since I need 3ds max for the S1... S1 can't be released without my 3ds max fixed. please help

That's what I always get. That's why I can't add things like a towhitch for myself.

Would it be a good idea if I bought a older computer with windows 7 on it? because back then I didn't have the problem its since my computer and 3 laptops use windows 10...
