It's a great car, my grandparents have had it for almost two years and have gotten over 100 MPG at times, and no issues whatsoever.

I'll start by ranting about the dealer. The dealership from which they bought it did not have it in white, but my grandparents wanted white, so of course the dealership wanted to sell them a car so they scrambled to get a white car. It wasn't ready. The tape wasn't removed from the inside, the trunk squeaks loudly when you close it, the oil was extraordinarily filthy, it didn't come with any windshield wiper fluid. My grandparents bought the car because:
a) They want to drive a plug-in hybrid, and they have been getting 57 miles per battery charge on it, so that's a good thing.
b) The safety features, including the lane departure alert system. The idea is that, if you cross over the lane marking, the car will warn you with an audible signal. However, upon testing this system and reading the owner's manual, the system will not alert you until you are halfway into the other lane.

I'm sure I need a car to beep at me once I've sideswiped someone.

The system works flawlessly on their Prius.

Also, a design flaw in the Volt and Malibu: chrome on the interior reflects the sun and is blinding.

My other grandparents own this car. They were planning to buy a new Odyssey, but were very disappointed with that car, so they chose Chrysler instead. The car is very comfortable, almost luxurious, and has all of the safety features and many other little features that make it a great car, such as automatic windshield wipers that will adjust speed based on the heaviness of the rainfall. They've had no problems with it in the 10 months that they've owned it, but the reason I didn't rate it 5 for reliability is that it had two minor recalls recently.

The Audi A6 Allroad is the most versatile Audi you can buy, it's in the name. Lower it, change to dynamic mode and it will do 200 km/h on the autobahn one moment, increase the ride height and go through off-road trails the next. It's got quite a bit of grunt too, the 3.0 Turbo Diesel engine will throw you into your seat and handles decently around corners in dynamic mode (of course, we wouldn't ever exceed the speed limit would we?...). Once you've done your windy road racing, you might be a little dissy. Well thankfully the Audi is packed with highly technical systems that will almost drive itself. On highways, you can just put the adaptive cruise control on, set it to the closest following distance (as you should, you drive an Audi) and then let go of the wheel. It will keep the car in the lane, brake in an emergency, which lets you tailgate while reducing the risk of an accident. In the event of an inevitable crash, it will prepare the car and it's vulnerable passengers for impact.

Reliability is great, but the services are costly at dealerships, as you would come to expect from luxury cars. We've got over 60,000km on the car, and it's gone smoothly. Only services have been brake replacements and fluids.

The LED head lights and tail lights give the car a strong and aggressive look, with unique sweeping turn signals front and back.

The interior is upholstered in leather, with soft and high quality materials everywhere you touch. Hard plastics are almost non existent through the the interior. You can option the car with heated and cooled seats up front and back, but ours has just heated seats up front. We have 4 zone climate control, where each passenger has their own ability to customise the temperature for the best comfort. Leg room and ride quality are excellent, with air suspension making the bumps roads smoother.

Infotainment is impressive, but dated. The car will avoid aging terribly, as the non-touch display in the middle can go away at the push of a button, and the anologue gauges are accompanied by a digital display to keep it modern. You can option a heads up display if you want too. The navigation is based on Google Maps and is perfect, finding the best travels times. It's got DAB radio for a higher quality sound experience.

Overall, I could go on for ages on this car, but it's an impressive car. Performance is high for not being a performance designed car, luxury is there as you would expect it to be and the tech is very good but it can't drive itself yet.

The new A6 allroad is coming soon, and will definitely be a welcome addition.

The BMW X5 is the brands flagship SUV, until the X7 comes out. In the modern world however, it seems like it dated quickly. The gauges are the same as almost every BMW for the past 5 years, and without any screens in there it makes it even older. They light up red, but they look more pink at night. It just feels really outdated in the modern world. The central display is fine, however it cant be put away and will also become dated with time. Overall the interior design is very bland, all the central climate and radio controls just look the same as BMW's of old. The buttons are a tiny bit loose and feel cheap unfortunately.

Materials are great, plush leather in most places. However the dashboard looks like leather but is actually a cheap feeling plastic and it doesn't look all that nice. It is comfortable to be in, however I believe the competition gives a more pleasant experience.

This sure isn't the ultimate driving machine. It is perfectly fine for the school runs and can grip decently in corners, but don't expect it to go very quick at full power. The diesel engines are quite loud from the inside compared to their petrol siblings.

Exterior styling is alright, but BMW didn't go all out on the headlights. They don't have LED turn signals unless you highly option your car, but at least the tail lights are full LED which keeps it modern. The M-Sport package should be a compulsory option. It makes the car much more prestigious for the price you pay.

I think you will find yourself quite disappointed with the base model BMW. For the same price or lower you could get a fully optioned car from an inferior brand. If you plan to buy an X5, wait for the new one (Or get an X3) and option it well.

I am quite disappointed by the X5. BMW has used their brand image to sell cars for high profits and hopefully the new X5 will resurrect their brand. Recently, BMW has turned things around with impressive cars like the M5, 7 Series and 8 Series.

The 2017 Subaru Outback is a great SUV. Our best friends have it and they love it. It is very comfortable, has nice leather, and more. That is, if you get the model with all the bells and whistles, which they did. The ride is smooth and little noise intrudes into the cabin of the vehicle.

Reliability is good as I haven't heard about anything bad that has happened with their Outback.

Comfort is good. The super nice leather is soft and the middle seat in the rear is comfortable. There is nice stitching and there aren't that many hard materials. Besides for maybe the cupholders and the cup holders on the door, and small things like that, which in my opinion I think is fine. The wood trim is very luxurious and has a nice finish. It is smooth to the touch and is very nice.

The tech is good. It has all the safety stuff that almost all cars have nowadays. You can also just push a button to open and close the tailgate. The one thing that stands out the most is the back-up camera. It is a very high-graphic camera.

Performance is ok. I mean, it's supposed to be a family car, not a sports car. It has good pickup and if you want it to go it will go.

Id say overall it's a very nice car, I think you get what you paid for Obviously i don't know how much the car costs but it can't be $50,000-55,000 can it?

This car has saved many a life during its 14 year span as our family car. Although it only has 51,000 miles, due in part to the fact that we only drive to and from our local train station or school most mornings, it has pushed its way through my sister's and my childhood, three major accidents, coffee spills, old food stains, and getting keyed in a mall parking lot. We purchased this car in 2004 after we realized that our 1998 Nissan Altima wasn't going to be enough for our family. Just three months after than initial purchase in January 2004, my mom was t-boned by a Chevrolet Suburban. We thought the car was totaled, but after suing the other driver and winning back our insurance deductable, the costs amounted to a mere $2000 under what the insurance valued at. The car was top of the line for its time, gray leather seats, 6-disc CD changer, all of the latest tech. Although that technology would be phased out in the long run, all of the safety, the soft leather seats, and the robust yet quiet V6 engine have remained rock solid throughout our otherwise bumpy ownership. We've had to replace (get ready for a long list): the air conditioning system, both right doors, right and left rear quarterpanels, hood, front bumper, AC compressor, radiator, rear bumper, trunk lid, front left fender, both headlights, both tailights, the moonroof, and the rear seats during our ownership of this vehicle, all because of accidents. The latest came with my sister rear-ending a car going 45 on the interstate with all of her friends in the car just a month ago. Despite the entire right side of the car being replaced, and most of the front end, we have had no maintenance problems, nor have we had problems with the way the car has driven throughout our ownership. Just a quick alignment proved to us that Toyota makes a damn good car, and despite repairs, it will always be the same to us. Even as insurance overvalued the car to avoid deeming it a total loss in July of this year, my family and I found ourselves attached to this car. We couldn't wrap our heads around purchasing another car. We were supposed to trade it in back in 2015 when we bought our Audi A4, but on an impulse, my parents looked at each other and agreed that we were better off trading in our Acura TL instead. We just had too many memories and experiences with our Camry. Your experience with the Camry may be different from ours, but due to the lives it has saved while still remaining dependable and never needed more than its annual maintenance, the Camry has solidified its position as the best car my parents have ever owned, and in October, my first car.

Sorry if this wasn't the review you were looking for beneath the spoiler, I just wanted to try and show the value of this car to me. I'll write a real review if people want, but for now, that's what I'm choosing to write for the other things I want to add.

I got this car back at the end of 2016. I was debating buying a Civic Touring, but, I am so glad I went with the Mazda3. It's been a phenomenal daily driver and has never left me wanting for more in a car. Compared to other cars in this class, the driving experience and value of the Mazda3 is really only rivaled by the Civic (in my opinion). For less than 30 grand, these are the features it has: leather heated seats, leather wrapped heated steering wheel, navigation, heads-up display (HUD), radar guided cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, tinted sunroof, and a backup camera w/ guide lines & parking sensors.

The powertrain is great for a car this size. The model I own has a Skyactiv-G 2.5 4-cylinder making 184hp and 185lb-ft of torque. That engine is paired to what I think is the most responsive and smooth torque converted 6-speed automatic in this class. 0-62mph happens in around 7 seconds, which is plenty quick for that size of car, and I'm usually not wanting for more power. I still think they should bring the MazdaSpeed 3 back, but, that's a whole other topic. On the powertrain, it has manual shifting through the gear selector or the steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. Both are very responsive, but, I find it best to leave it in automatic and let it do its thing. The seats are incredibly comfortable and supportive and the driving position is spot on.

Mazda has this technology called G-Vectoring, and from what I can tell it's very subtle, but it's noticeable when driving a Mazda without it, then driving a Mazda with it back to back. The way it works is it uses the engines torque and manages it to keep passengers in their desired seating positions when cornering, while also providing a sharper turn in with more control over what the car is doing. I like it, and if you were to ride in the car and didn't know it existed, I doubt you'd be able to sense what it's doing.

The one thing I don't like about the Mazda3, the only thing that annoys me daily, is the infotainment system. If you Bluetooth your iPhone or Android handset, it works as you'd expect. Music works well through any and all streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, etc.), calls over Bluetooth sound fine, for some reason if your carrier supports VoiceOverLTE (VoLTE) and you have it enabled, it doesn't translate over Bluetooth, leaving the call quality mediocre. My main gripe is that Android Auto and Apple CarPlay still aren't available, even in the 2018 models. Now, Mazda has said that they will allow owners of new 2018 Mazda6's to get Apple CarPlay and Android Auto installed on the Touring trim and up for no extra charge, along with an updated version of Mazda Connect. Other models that are able to get these updates and changes haven't been officially announced.

Overall, I love my Mazda3. I think it's the best car in the class, hands down. The only thing they need to improve on is the infotainment. If they add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, tidy up the UI, and get a more materialistic design going for it. It's 2018, iOS and Android aren't the slightest bit skeuomorphic in design, and haven't been for a long time. With those complaints aside, I'd highly recommend buying one if you want the best driving experience and value in the class.
