You have to run the Mod Installer as administrator, do you do that?
Love Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin and basically any British or German car brand.

there comes the message "version of CCD is not defined. setup can not continue. Maybe you have chosen the wrong City Car Driving folder ..."

What City Car Driving folder did you choose? The correct folder is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Forward Development\City Car Driving Home Edition
Did you red everything that David02 wrote? Are you using a mod that is meant for daeman's installer?

so I have anew installed the play and installer also, the folder is also the right one and mods the right ones would also have to be.
