Open up the mod installer, clink "Choose mod" and then select the mod, then click "Install". Quite simple really.

Open the console using ~ key, type fly 1, then go on the rooftop then type drop, then fly 0 :)

W,S,A,D to move, right mouse button + Mouse movement is to look to wherever direction. Look up, fly yourself to the rooftop, then do what I mentioned.
