What do you mean when you write "Custom Sound (Extra for Steam Subscribers)"?

I must subscribe on steam to have a custom sound?

No, if you download and install the mod from the internet, rather than on Steam, it will have custom sound automatically. If you download the mod on Steam, you have to install the custom sound manually.
