Again,
How much money did you pay for this mod? You are not forced to download a mod. Stop acting like you paid 1 million dollars on something that does not work exactly the way you want it to.

This mod works on DX9, so change it in the settings, from DirectX11 to DirectX9. If you don't like seeing a mod like this, don't let it waste space. Delete it.

He means he had to use internet data to download the mod, and if he's on a limited plan, then I'd see why he's moaning because he just wasted internet downloading the mod to find it doesn't work.

We don't have internet like that in North Carolina
I think getting a limited plan is crazy. That's such a terrible idea. If you do have limited plan, what is it, like a penny per website visited? I know my house pays $120 a month for High Speed internet up to 60 (maybe) Mbps, 4 tv's, 3 long-distance house phone plans.
A really good plan for just internet would be:
High Speed internet; up to 40 Mbps
Video chat and web conference
30-day satisfaction guarantee
--
All that would equal to $19.95 a month which is 14.45 euros a month, which is about 86.91 euros a year.

No, a limited plan is like: you pay a certain amount every month and the phone company gives you a certain amount of internet data to use per month. You have to try and limit your internet usage so that you don't go over the limit, or you have to pay an extra amount of money for how much over the limit you are. It works in the same way as a phone plan for your mobile (cell) phone and you pay something like $50 every month, and the phone company (For instance, AT&T) allow you to have 5,000 texts, 600 minutes and 750 MB of phone data. If you go over any of those limits, you have to pay extra.
Also, not everywhere in the world gets high-speed internet. There are some less developed countries where they have to make do with really slow internet. Also, if you ask your parents, they might tell you that you do have an limit on how much data you can use in your house, but usually they're something like 20/30 Gigabytes so you will have a lot of trouble even going anywhere near that limit. Also, limited plans are usually a lot cheaper than unlimited plans, so obviously, if you're on a tight budget, then a limited plan is the way to go.

I just asked my parents, they said we don't have a limit. We are more wealthy then most people, but not as wealthy as Jericho
3 brand-new cars, OMG
But my dad is not a doctor, he is a division manager for goodyear tire factory. Like i said, we don't have limited internet in North Carolina.

There you go. Some people only get $120 per month, so you're lucky to be spending all that on just your internet.
There are people in the UK who live on a benefit of £280 per month only, and that's equal to $450. So yeah, there are people who have to make do without super-fast unlimited internet.
