No, a limited plan is like: you pay a certain amount every month and the phone company gives you a certain amount of internet data to use per month. You have to try and limit your internet usage so that you don't go over the limit, or you have to pay an extra amount of money for how much over the limit you are. It works in the same way as a phone plan for your mobile (cell) phone and you pay something like $50 every month, and the phone company (For instance, AT&T) allow you to have 5,000 texts, 600 minutes and 750 MB of phone data. A really good plan for just internet would be: High Speed internet; up to 40 Mbps Video chat and web conference 30-day satisfaction guarantee -- All that would equal to $19.95 a month which is 14.45 euros a month, which is about 86.91 euros a year. Also, not everywhere in the world gets high-speed internet. There are some less developed countries where they have to make do with really slow internet. Also, if you ask your parents, they might tell you that you do have an limit on how much data you can use in your house, but usually they're something like 20/30 Gigabytes so you will have a lot of trouble even going anywhere near that limit. Also, limited plans are usually a lot cheaper than unlimited plans, so obviously, if you're on a tight budget, then a limited plan is the way to go.  3 brand-new cars, OMG But my dad is not a doctor, he is a division manager for goodyear tire factory. There are people in the UK who live on a benefit of £280 per month only, and that's equal to $450. So yeah, there are people who have to make do without super-fast unlimited internet. |

I can understand where he is coming from with the not wanting to waste data, as i was there a couple years back, but we got internet, and well, i am probably the wealthiest person out of all of my mates, we have 3 new cars and 4 investment properties, so we can get good internet and all of that stuff
