Hello,
Yesterday (Novosibirsk time) we celebrated the birthday of our site admin/developer, Kivlov. We couldn't let time pass without giving Kivlov something for what he's done for all of us. So blacksmith98, Aaron Wise and I are giving Kivlov and the users a special license plate mod.

Please backup City Car Driving Home Edition\data\config\
and City Car Driving Home Edition\data\gui

I'm sorry, I'm on quite a busy schedule, cleaning my room and doing stuff around the house before the engineers come to inspect our house after the earthquake. I'll see if I have time. Maybe I can make a video or explanation.
