I found the error

(needed 15min to found the right codes for it xD)

Go to "Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving\export\meshes\cars\accord" and rename the file "колесо.nvx" to "êîëåñî.nvx" then it work but you have the texture problem he wrote to match on russian in the nebula2....

No sorry i dont have time to upload it on rghost

but i give you the instrucions

First download the snow mod : Snow Mod

Now go to C:\Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving\data\gamedata\cars and copy the cameras_common.xml to your desktop... Now put the folders from snow mod in you main City Car driving folder C:\Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving and now go back to C:\Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving\data\gamedata\cars and put your backup from cameras_common.xml in the cars folder and replace the new cameras_common.xml with your backup (old xml file)

that is all but when you want that it snow instead of rain then you need to copy the rain.ini from C:\Program Files (x86)\City Car Driving\data\config and then paste it in the Multisoft folder or Forward Devlopement C:\Users\...\Documents\Multisoft\City Car Driving\config or C:\Users\...\Documents\Forward Development\City Car Driving\config ....
