Nevermind please. It seems that file name that is required to play this car is always different (depending on system you have, language you use).

Fix to find correct file name: go to C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Forward Development\City Car Driving

Find nebula.log, search for nvx2. then find the file name somewhere next to line where it found "nvx2". Copy the name and rename the file to it. Will work. Tried now.

@Edit:

Car is crap anyway, windshield wipers are messed up, and when there is rain, the glass is not on the correct side of the car and it's annoying to drive in rain. Could someone fix the rain on windshield?
