I found:
In the city: 50 km/h
On the motorway: 130 km/h
Country roads: 90 km/h
Is that right?
EDIT: I'm working on it. I have the speed limits above ^ ;)
When 'm finished, you'll see it in the 'Released mods' section :)

Speed limits in Jordan are: Town and city: 50 km/h. Open Roads: 70 km/h. Motorways: 110 km/h
