How to Use The Automatic Transmission Customiser by ---Max---

At the request of BZ and JZ 26 Motors, here is a tutorial on using the Auto Transmission Customiser.

This tutorial covers gear ratios, gears, acceleration, and set a top speed.

Can't do with the Automatic Transmission Customizer because it doesn't drive good with manual as well so this is going to take some major physics works but thank you for the tutorial anyway i will help when i need it in the future.

The two transmission modes are separated in the file p_player_setup.ini. The same aspect of the gear ratios apply there, but you may have to do some searching for the different characteristics.

No i need to fix the manual transmission as well its not that good i fixed that now i can fix the automatic transmission.

No the way it was it wasn't driving good at all the Revs were very low when i made them higher it would wheelspin and go straight from 180km/h to 250-300km/h roughly about very very quickly if you floor it they are the original physics but they were not good they had to be changed completely i don't think the Physics Customizer would edit it up to that extent simply because i don't think it has the ability to do that.

If I remember correctly you can in fact edit the gear ratios of the manual transmission in the Physics Customizer. Also, this is a heads up, when tuning the automatic transmission, don't use the efficiency box. Leave it at 98%-100%, then fine tune everything else. Using the efficiency box is a lazy way of doing physics.

When you say fine tune everything else what do you mean by that and what is exactly wrong in using efficiency? Its the easiest way to adjust the automatic transmission.

Also i fixed the way the Hyundai IX35 drives in automatic and manual anyway release might come later tonight or tomorrow.
