I clicked on the link, it opened a new tab, but immediately closed the tab. What went wrong?

Are you serious?
Nobody can mod anything in this game. The WAV Files aren't there so we cannot mod anything. It says it needs the original wav files, so once again we can't listen to any of the files to understand what we need to replace.
Will we have to wait another 7 weeks for you to fix this or what? I'm tired of this, I just want to be able to mod the game and make realistic engine sounds, as this game has absolutely none.

We can't because we have never known or will probably never know how to. The Russian's are the ones who control the mod output. You could try and go on the Russian forum and ask there but other than that there is nothing. I am sorry that we can't provide content for people but it's just the way it is.

This might help. This was for City Car Driving 1.2.5/3d Instructor 2.2.10; I don't know if you can do the same on v1.5.1.

That method doesn't work. I've tried. There is a new system I'm trying later tonight. I'll keep you guts posted.
