Can you update it for 1.4.1? And this is a personal question and I don't mean to be pushy but may you slow down your English a little bit? I know it sounds stupid but my English isn't quite the best. :)

Save the file to your desktop, then paste the 'rules.ini' into your data\config folder. Accept all prompts.

UPDATE: I've gotten it so the suspension stays in one place, it's just that the driver's head is sticking out of the roof. How to fix it, any ideas simulationdude?
How did you do that? I was exploring things in depth but couldn't figure it out.

This "theory" does not work, you will recieve crashes and glitches. In order for it to work you need to create a traffic_cars xml file and edit it with some info. After you create the traffic_cars and edit it with the needed information, you follow the traffic car tutorial given by David02. I'll make a video on how to do that soon.
How do you keep the suspension in place?

The car will return to normal when you get close to it. Some will crash. I am not sure how to fix it. Once I tried to replaces all the AI cars and make a good quality pack, however the wheels weren't aligned correct.
