How to Apply Custom Sounds to any Vehicle

First you will need an application to assure this to work:

Notepad++ for editing the carproperty.ini files. Download here

Step 1: Download a mod with a custom sound. If you want a nice V8 sound download the Audi S5 Mod here

Step 2: Install the mod.

Step 3: Go to the following place on the drive you have City Car Driving on. For me it is, C:\Program Files (x86)\Forward Development\City Car Driving Home Edition\data\gamedata\cars\2007_Audi_S5_by_FullOyunMod

Step 4: Go into it's carproperty.ini file and run it as Administrator. Then find the "SoundBankName" in the file. Copy the text inside the quotes. Here is what it should look like if you do CTRL+F to find it easily:

Step 5: Go to the mod's carproperty.ini that you want to install the custom sound to. I am going to be installing the S5 sound to the Range Rover Sport SVR by iv777 (Location on my drive: C:\Program Files (x86)\Forward Development\City Car Driving Home Edition\data\gamedata\cars\LR_RR_Sport_SVR_by_iv777)

Step 6: Go and find "SoundBankName" in the car without the custom sound. Then enter the text from the mod with the custom sound.

Step 7: Go into the game and test if it works!

Carproperty.ini troubles

If this doesn't work, just post down below if you get any errors.

[RAM] 16GB 2666MHz DDR4
[Storage] 256 GB PCIE SSD + 1 TB SATA SSD
[Graphics] NVIDIA GTX 1650 (4GB GDDR5)

To the good times.

Note: The CarProperty.ini should be edited with Notepad++, which should be run as administrator.
