Hi!

I change graphics card from HD 7770 to Gt 1030.

On hd 7770 when rain i have 30fps when clear 50fps, on gt 1030 only 15fps when rain, when clear 40-50fps.

Why?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Why?

Did you replace the card yourself?

you can try to reinstall windows 9/10 it works.

I had to do it after I transportert my PC in a car, always had 60+ fps in CCD but suddenly it dropped back to 35 fps and I reinstalled windows and it was fixed.
My own car: Volvo S60 2.4L 170BHP
