PS is a gaming PC ACER Predator: Core I7 7th Gen CPU, 16 GB RAM, gtx 1060 6 Gb graphics-card, SSD.

Perhaps your PC has 2 video cards (1060 and the integrated one, such as Intel HD). Maybe the game uses the integrated one for some reason. Try forcing the game to use GTX 1060 – right click on the game shortcut and select Run with GPU nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 option. Or if you don’t have this option in the context menu, you can follow these advices – www.techadvisor.co.uk/how-to/pc-components/how-set-default-graphics-card-3612668/

Before that, I'd suggest updating your video card driver as well.
