Hello,

It has been years now that i have been here. I have bought this game years back.
I have found my G25 steering wheel so i decided to give it a shot again.

So after clicking on Starter.exe (AS administrator) i see the game loading and i should get my menu.
Well..... It vanishes and i just see the background image of city car driving...

This game is not downloaded with steam. I just downloaded from this site and activated it with my activation code.
I have tried to delete the "forward development" folder but still the same problem. Restarted pc = same problem. Renamed Starter.exe into Citycardriving = same problem. So can someone help me out?

Do i need to exchange my citycardriving serial key in order to be playing this game from steam? Would that work?
Or it is not neccesary?

My advice would be to exchange your serial key for a steam-key and download and install it from Steam. maybe it will solve your problem (delete the game from your PC first before installing the Steam version) you'll also get automatic updates and installing mods is a lot easier.

Als ik jou was zou ik je code omwisselen voor een steam-code, dan kun je proberen of dat je probleem oplost. (je hebt immers weinig te verliezen ) zorg wel dat je de game die je nu hebt geinstalleerd verwijdert. als je de steam versie installeert dan heb je ook automatische updates, je kan mods installeren en je hebt natuurlijk de artwork afdeling als je daar van houd.

I will try to do that tomorrow. I was thinking about that but i know i will loose my serial key to activate game without steam. But i don't really care.
