Buttons Question:

The manual has commands to run City Car Driving with keyboard and mouse, but I have searched for and would like know the commands and button locations for a Logitech G27 wheel.

At the first screen, we have to buckle the seatbelt, the prompt is:
To belt up, press Red Button Left 3 Button

Which button is that?

I searched the forum and googled a bit but came up empty. Any advice is appreciated, Is this something I should get from Logitech?

Settings/Controls for the wheel has the list of commands for each button, so, I'm looking for which button is which and a text file of commands for the wheel to print for reference

You can use your logitech gaming software to see the location of the buttons.

Thanks for the picture, and please do you have a picture that shows the button identification(s) on the wheel and shifter?

I have been to Logitech to download 'Profiler' but I am getting errors from them with a wrong OS error (Win10). I'm fairly sure I do not need the Logitech software to run the game, just the button locations.

So, while I'm trying to get the 'Profiler' running, I thought I would ask here again as the picture posted doesn't have the listing.

I have Button 3 identified but I'm not sure if that is different than Left Button 3

Button 3 does not buckle the seatbelt.

B on the keyboard does not buckle the belt.

Yep, City Car Driving has buttons in the Settings/Control/LogitechG27+Shifter that refers to Left Button Red 3

But where is it?

I have pushed Every Button...the cameras work and the steering wheel shows input from the G27 to the game and the wheel works on other games. This is a button mapping issue, right?

Red button left 3 should be the bottom button on the left side of the steering wheel itself. Try rebinding the control if it continues not to cooperate.

Red Button Left 3 is on the steering wheel bottom left which was found by going to the Control settings and changing the button locations at random, boring and not productive.

Um, moderator, can you direct me to the game play directions? I get the seatbelt on, the car started, then the car revs to redline and dies. "R" does not restart it.

Having a copy of the button mapping is very important and one could transcribe it from the Control settings, right? Boring

The car just over-revs when it is started. The revs can be brought down with the brake pedal, but shifting with Red Right button 2 does not shift it.

What seems to be happening is the mappings are not working...Red Button Left 3 is the same for all three of the Left wheel buttons...top or bottom or middle button are all identified as Red Button Left 3. So with the over-revs, the game is unplayable and my kid has a driver test in three days.

Maybe play it without the Wheel?

Logitech Profiler would not install.
