For some reason the wheel is really stiff when im driving and its not really fun to drive when i literally have to use so much strength to turn somewhere.

Go to the menu, where you seleced a device for force feedback. Select any other device there. Save settings. Then go back to that menu and select your wheel as force feedback device again.
