Hello, after the recent December update, i keep receiving an unexpected crash when loading in free roam no matter what settings i have used. i have done a complete clean reinstall many, MANY times now and i cannot find a solution. What confuses me is that i am able to do the career missions but anything other than that, it just crashes with no message. I had contacted an admin but he was no use at all. I hope you can help me find a solution. However please read the paragraph below for some context.

So i have been on city car driving for around 2 years now and to say the least, i have never had to create a new topic as there are always solutions on the forums. So i have used city car driving steam on two laptops, my old one and new one. I wrote to an admin for help and this was his reply, "Your PC doesn’t meet our system requirements", just note that this is on my new laptop.In that reply, there is no 'minimum requirements' or 'recommended requirements' so i am not completely sure what he was implying. Before i purchased my new laptop, like i said, i used city car driving on my old laptop and i rarely crashed on it. Now get this, my old laptop was nowhere near the minimum requirements (4GB, Intel HD Graphics, 2.10Ghz Pentium B950 Dual - Core), so how did it work on there but not on my new laptop? My new laptop has an I5-8265U, 8GB RAM and Intel UHD Graphics 620. I know how crap (excuse my profanity)integrated graphics are but to be honest, it had already reached my budget and to get it equipped with the Nvidia graphics, it would have cost £200 more. Besides from this, if i could use City Car Driving on my old laptop with at least 15-20fps, why can't i even load into free mode now?

Probably the graphics card is the problem here.

Every time I am very surprised when see this kind of complaints.

I expect users to carefully review system requirements before purchasing any software.

Laptops were never(!) supported due to our graphical engine peculiarity. And we always(!) warned about that in our system requirements.

If for some reason you still risked to run the software on a laptop - why complain? You have been warned.
