I cannot be certain about compatibility with this particular wheel, but I found someone else asked a similar question with this wheel on Steam a few years ago. ->

The response is below,
"Hello
We haven't tested this wheel. However, our game supports almost all steering wheels, which are compatible with Microsoft Windows and DirectX. If your wheel has proper drivers it should work fine.
We recommend wheels with 900 degrees rotation for maximum comfortable and realistic gameplay."
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm surprised this isn't more of a hot topic here. People usually get irate when things don't work as planned. My Microsoft Sidewinder wheel was designed for W98. Yes, it's that old. The drivers don't work with W10 but the wheel is recognized as a simple P&P device. The result is that the special features on the driver don't work but the steering, pedals & buttons all work simplistically. Of course none of this necessarily makes it compatible with all software. If I could find some success stories with identifiable hardware I would buy it and be sure but your users don't seem to share such info. The money back guarantee sounds great although I hate going to such extremes if some research can prevent it. Thanks again.

If you wanted, you could purchase the game on Steam or via the City Car Driving Website, and then test the wheel. If the wheel doesn't work, and you have less than 2 weeks/2 hours of gameplay (Whichever comes first), you can easily
refund it on Steam.
