Recently, I purchased a city car driving game and installed it. It was fine till yesterday but today while launching the game, I got the above-said error. Re-installing didn't solve the issue. Any suggestions, please? Thanks in advance.

Install DirectX and Visual C++ components from this folder manually:
"...\City Car Driving\_CommonRedist\"

Thanks for the reply. But DirectX is installed and it's updated to the latest version. My friend suggested me to download the missing DLL from the DLL site. Thus, I downloaded from this DLL site: https://dlldownloads.com/x3daudio1_7-dll/. This actually worked for me. I was not sure at first if this would work or not. But, It actually fixed my issue. I am not sure in the future if such an issue appears again but now it's fine. Thanks for giving me time to reply.
