Hello.

I'm new here, so hi to everyone.
I recently bought Thrustmaster TX (Ferrari 458 Italia) wheel.
It has 900 degrees turn.
I also have CCD bought on Steam, so I have the newest version, I suppose.
Problem is that in game wheel doesn't turn the same way the real wheel does.
It makes me frustrated. I have no pleasure in driving, I cannot control my car
as, for example, in ETS2 in which both wheels' turns are exactly the same and truck
behaviour is simple to predict.
I saw on some screen shots that in previous version of CCD someone had
Thrutmaster TX properly detected and was able to select it from drop down menu.
I have only T150 and TMX Pro (as I remember), but none of these wheels does
the right job for me.
I have the newest firmware installed on my wheel.
Please help me, what should I do to have my TX displayed under the wheel menu?
I am pretty sure (observing wheel actions), that game reflects 1080 wheel turns.
I tried to tune every option related to wheel, but it didn't work as I expected.
Once again, please help me to solve the problem.

Hello,

The issue with the steering wheel turning happens with almost all wheels. The game supports more steering input than the wheel is capable of. That is normal.

The detection list is no longer part of the game, only a list of preset wheels. If your wheel is not in the preset list, select 'By default' and configure the wheel manually with the 'Car controls' on the right.

Thank you very much for your answer.

I don't know if it is difficult to implement,
and if it is the right place to ask this question
but is there any chance that devs could do something
like an option in config file (e.g. wheel_turn = 900)
that would force the wheel in the game to turn that
exact angle?
And of course if someone would set it as
wheel_turn = 1080
the wheel in game would reflect this as well?
