I recently purchased City Car Driving from your website. It did not work on my brand new Asus gaming laptop. I have downloaded all updated drivers, etc from the Asus website. I also have a brand new Oculus Rift VR headset. And I also have a brand new Thrustmaster steering wheel. I have tried all sorts of things to get this game to work. It will not work at all. It gets stuck at a certain stage before I can even start driving. I had an experienced IT person try to figure out what was wrong. He couldn't figure it out. I even when to Steam's site to purchase City Car Driving from there as well to see if that version worked. It didn't. I'm very disappointed in your program! I WOULD LIKE A REFUND ASAP FOR THE PURCHASE I MADE FROM YOUR SITE. I will deal with Steam directly for the refund for your program from them. I obviously have an account with you so please refund ASAP. Thank you.

I assume your experienced IT guy manually selected your dedicated graphics card as the default in NVIDIA control panel for this game? Because on laptops, this game will not load or it will crash halfway if you are running it on the onboard graphics card

Refund you should make in steam when you have less than 2 hours played.
