TOPIC: No police

I recently got this game and I really love it. I have seen streamers play and I realised that I do not have traffic cops in my game. Is there a fix to this? I am using version 1.5.9

Hello,

I have noticed that if you choose certain traffic rules, there will be police present on the streets.
For example, the Russian, Australian, Canadian and American road rules will have police on the road.

The European and German game modes appear to be missing them.
