Does this game support Right hand drive cars on left hand drive roads?

Yes it does.

When creating a profile, you should select Australian road rules. This will enable the left side traffic.

The game also has 3 cars with right-hand drive, which can be selected in the game menu.
There are also numerous mods which support right-hand drive.

The Logitech wheels (G29 or G920) are probably the best on the market for this purpose. They aren't over the top in terms of their technology compared to the Fanatecs and Thrustmasters, which makes them good value for simulation driving.

There are cheaper wheels, but sometimes getting them to work with every program is a challenge. They often lack the full steering angle of a real wheel, and some are missing the clutch pedal and gear shifter.
