It's only the gearbox it's not show all the time and show only when I Shifts gears.

That's not normal. I wouldn't know how to fix that, but you can possibly try deleting the Forward Development folder from your Documents, but you will lose your career progress and custom settings.

I unchecked, saw that everything was gone.
Then I returned, now the Gearbox is permanently displayed.
