TOPIC: Error while starting game

When i try to start the game on steam it starts, asks for admin rights and then says its connecting to the cloud. right after it just says "start" again lyike in the beginning. i tried running starter.exe as admin. i tired deleting the folder "forward development" and starting the game again. i deleted the folder and turned off cloud sync. nothing worked. I have windows 10 and all my drivers are updated. i dont know what to do.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Yes i have a rtx 2060 with a Ryzen 7 2700 processor. my pc is running on windows 10 aswell.

Hello. Try running the game directly from it's executable file - "...\Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\bin\win32\Starter.exe" - do you see any error in that case? Try installing DirectX and Visual C++ components from this folder manually, go to this folder -
"...Steam\steamapps\common\City Car Driving\_CommonRedist\" and install all the components from there.

In some cases this folder can be located in a different place - "... Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared".
