I recently purchased a PXN-V9 wheel. I've read the set up instructions and adjusted the controls, but I still don't know how to start the car, and even the wheels are not working...Did I do something wrong?

Also, are you familiar with operating the car using another control method (keyboard)?

Yes, that exact link was what I used for the set up.
I only used keyboard in the past when I played car games.
