The same problem here
I ran the VirusTotal and the result is that 21 (50%) AV programs report trojan:

Great - the first software I bought without testing and...
What do we do now?

Is there any support of this product?
I am still waiting to get help with the trojan problem.
My antivirus, as well as 20 others detect malware and even if I deactivate it (why shall I?) it removes the starter.exe after each action for changing settings or whatever.

If I payed for a trojan, I just want my money back, please.

We assure you that our software is 100% clean and doesn’t contain any viruses or other malicious code that can harm your PC.

Many of modern antivirus software have heuristic analyzers that can determine some algorithms as malicious code. We’re sure that any antivirus software has a misoperation, if it reports that our executable is infected. We think that such antivirus software determine a copy protection algorithm as a virus.

Unfortunately we can’t change this situation directly – copy protection system is not developed by us. We use a third party copy protection algorithm.

All we can do – send notices to antivirus software developers asking them to add our software to their white list. And I’ve done this today already – I’ve sent such notices in all 21 antivirus (according to the virustotal.com report above) developers companies asking them to fix this misoperation of their antiviruses, which scares our customers.
