i am trying to register this game i have enter the security key and hit register however when i do that the game just keep loading it keeps saying enter security key if you have one select okay and you wont be promt again however when i press okay it just keep loading

It might be a good idea to run as administrator or get rid of UAC (user account control) if you have it on. Otherwise, a re-download might be necessary? I hope your problem gets resolved :)
