Please publish when CCD is working well with x-box 360 so I can purchase it. Thanks.

I thought we've already fixed this.

P.S.: Could anyone who has got this controller report - if this problem is still actual in the latest version?

Xbox 360 controller here, game acting up a lot with steering. Will try again tomorrow (just bought it this morning)

I'll update this quick. I had on the option that makes the driver look in the direction of the steering, so that was one of my major complaints. Since turning that option off, I enjoyed the game except how fast my controller makes it steer. That is not too big of an issue since I bought a steering wheel online yesterday. Basically what is happening is that when I move my left thumb stick to turn, it instantly turns quickly to that direction - full steer. I've been testing the settings but nothing is really solving that. This also happens on the GTR games, it's pretty silly looking but you learn to just deal with it after awhile (I could make a video of it if need be).

Anyways, this seems like a really fun game and I cannot wait to try it with a steering wheel! Thanks for everything you do and keep up the great work.

By the way, I bought this game in the very early AM hours full price, now it's 60% off haha. I fully support everything you're doing so it did not bother me :).

I did that on steam with ArmaII lol I bought it at like £18 GBP and just a few hours later it was 60% off haha
Didn't bother me too much either as I was prepared to pay full price, just sucks if I waiting a few hours it'd cost me less lol

In order to use the Xbox 360 controller in CCD you must first download all the drivers for Windows that lets you config the controller in the Controlpanel.

A good way to check this is if you press the green X-box button on the controller you should get a small notification on Windows with Battery remaining and such.

In game, in order to use LT or RT, you doubleclick the control you want to change (clutch, handbrake) and then you press the trigger button down and hold it down. The message to press the key down should disappear in game and then you can bind the other trigger.

The same goes for Left and Right thumbstick. All axis buttons must be held down in the direction you want it to be used in and then the game will detect it automatically.

Same goes if you use wheels or joysticks.

I understand what you're saying, but sadly the Xbox 360 controller was not mine and now it is not in my possession. I do however have a Playstation type controller that I constantly use with a lot of games and the two games I only have had a real struggle with is CCD and GTR racing. When I played Euro Truck Simulator 2 for the first time, the wheel moved really fast, but there were options that slowed it down and allowed it to turn like a normal vehicle. I tried to use x360ce, which makes a game think that you're using that controller when you're actually just using another one. I had it set up, but for some reason CCD would not recognize the game and allow me to use it, I'll have to check into that. I think an option for a controller steering sensitivity would go great in this game. It seems that the normal steering sensitivity really does not work with an analog axis thumb stick controller.

I still love this game, but I'm counting the days till my wheel gets here (next Friday). Apart from the minor complaint, I do really enjoy this game.
