My system specs are,
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 @ 2.33 GHz
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Gigabyte GeForce 7600 GS 256 MB DDR2

and I can run the game quite smoothly, although not with the highest settings...hope this helps !

Both your systems doesn't meet the minimal system requirements. And it is real miracle that you can at least start the game with such poor video cards. :)

i don't meet the minimal requirment but i run the game smoothly with a little help from game booster and system tweeks. I am able to play on medium settings with minimal lag(only when i enter a big traffic of cars)
