So I recently bought this game, sat down to play and I'm having some trouble(beyond the usual anti-virus stuff which I managed to sort out).

Currently I'm playing the game with MAX settings and I don't seem to get any rain, I can see it falling but many of the videos for this game I've seen rain on the windshield and side windows yet my game doesn't show it.

Second my view seems to be locked, I can change the camera but I cannot seem to look left and right, which hinders the ability to drive around corners and such.

Am I missing something or?

Try to set all video settings to medium, then apply and restart the game. Then set all settings back to the maximum, apply and restart the game once more.

P.S.: Run the game with administator privileges.
