If the game was already activated in one computer, is it possible to activate it again in another computer? Just want to know it because I want to buy the game now but will upgrade the computer in the near future.

Yes, it's possible. You buy a serial number once, and then if you will upgrade your PC you can use it to get the new activation key for your new PC.
