TOPIC: G25 compatible?

G25 compatible? 05 Dec 2010 22:13 #140

Hi!

I just wonder if CCD will be fully compatible with the G25/G27 wheels?

Regards, Pontus

Yes, it will. Did you read information on the main page?

Can you BE sure to add MULTIPLE controller support? I use a thing called a Bodnar Box which allows me to use my G25 pedals EXTERNALLY with BETTER responce. I use a DFGT Wheel + G25 Pedals.

What I have found while driving 3D Instructor 2.0 Demo is G25 is not entirely supported, that is, demo doesn't support gear H-pattern. Although u can map each gear stick position with a separate gear, it stays in gear even u put the stick in neutral position. U have to map another button for neutral and I don't think I have to explain how inaccurate is that.
Hopefully City Car Driving will have it sorted out so we can all enjoy our H-pattern gear stick...

I can't think of any other flaw so far. In fact I like ffb very much, u guys implemented even the effect of curb blocking the wheel! Very nice indeed, don't ruin it with this tiny detail!
Thanks ;)

It does. I think you just didn't understand fully how to set up game controls right.

That is wrong. There's a special option in game controls named "Hold the gear when the button is pressed ". You need to set it on.

Oh I see, entirely my bad. I missed that option, probably because my Russian is very bad. Actually the only words I could figure out are those which are similar to my language.

Thanks Kivlov, keep up the good work. Now this game is officially perfect! ;)
I can't wait for the final release, this is the perfect way to teach my 9 year old son the basics of driving.

I have the same question. 3D Instructor doesn't work with multiply controllers such as G25 pedals connected via Bodnar cable or Fanatec ClubSport Pedals.
Does City Car Driving support multiply controllers?
I want to buy the simulator but I'm afraid that it will be useless if it doesn't.
