I have seen a spec about 'support for dial gauges with non-uniform scale'... does this mean that I will be able to use symprojects equipment with it to run my revcounter, speedo, gear indicator etc like I currently do in this video on rFactor:

I know they have plans for adding such support for dial gauges, but I do not think it will be in the 1.3. Maybe it will be in another future update.

I have a feeling it means when you have a mod with a speedo gauge that is not set up the way that the developers have done, then it means cars won't have weird readings from the internal speedos :/

Since I've bought CCD, and russian 3D Instructor also changed it's name to CCD, can I just use same activation and play russian CCD with current 1.3.0 version?

You cannot play Russian CCD with English CCD key. You should wait for the release of the English 1.3.0 early next month, or you can buy a Russian copy of CCD 1.3.0

The Russian version is only for Russian market. The only solution is waiting for the English release. which will be tomorrow, if things go according to plan.
